Historic coastal cottage in the harbor town of Bristol, RI. Originally a carpenter's shop, moved to its current location in 1865. Half a block from harbor, parade route, short walk to all downtown shops, restaurants and museums. Minutes from Colt State Park, East Bay bike path, and Roger Williams University. Bristol is located between Newport and Providence (each about 25 minutes by car) making both places easy to visit! Parking available. The space The cottage is located just past a picket fence in the back yard of the main house. It is very private and has it's own little deck and garden area in the back with Adirondack chairs for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, biking, or after attending a wedding! The cottage has an upstairs bedroom with 2 skylights and a full bath. The downstairs has a full kitchen, dining table for 4, and a sofa/TV area with a pull out queen sofa, with a full bath (shower, no tub). Kitchen is equipped with single cup coffee maker, coffee, fixings, toaster oven, full refrigerator, gas range and oven. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house, and back yard and garden. Other things to note For stays for 7 days or more there will be a $125 cleaning fee. There is an additional fee of $25 per person per night for more than 2 guests.
