Rental unit and decks are not large 3 rooms plus bath indoors. NON CONVENTIONAL build NOT located in a remote area! On main road, close to town & shopping. 30 day minimum, 2 guests MAX. Best for 1 person or couple. **PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION, Adults Must be over 21yrs to book. Property is NOT Family or PARTY Oriented, there are SAFETY CONCERNS for minors and children. PLEASE NOTE* This is NOT like a single level conventional treehouse, NOT a Cabin on FLAT land in a wilderness area. It is several deck levels connected by STAIRS, supported by giant redwood and spruce trees, built on a STEEP 45 degree SLOPE descending to the river. Private 2 acre undeveloped property INACCESSIBLE, beyond decks and designated stairs. **QUIET HOURS are 10pm to 10am. NO PARTIES, loud music or disruptive or illegal behavior. ALL DAY GUESTS must be mentioned; no gatherings-we live in a peaceful place and this is strictly enforced. River front with stunning views of the San Lorenzo River below & wonderful expansive view down the river to the hills in the distance. Unique Multi Level Private Dwelling Unit with 3 deck levels built among 500+ year old Redwoods . Meditation/workout room on lower deck, outdoor shower/sink on same deck closest to the river. PLUS~~PRIVATE enclosed & Curtained open-air SHOWER overlooking the river! Has outdoor sink, but no toilet outdoors. Guests must use the toilet inside the rental unit. Unit indoors has Fully equipped kitchen, bath & large shower. Comfy Queen bed & furnishings, also a twin couch. Relax & drift to sleep to the sounds of the river below. There are decks at each end of the rental unit, overlooking the river. a Southwest style terraced garden in the back. There are several other deck levels and areas to relax and enjoy the river, and wildlife. Also an inviting outdoor fireplace & BBQ area which is set inside a redwood tree ring! It's BYO wood & Charcoal! One fire is usually already set up, BYO wood if you want more fires. NO LARGE WOOD PIECES, they don't burn! There is River access (stairs & path) from the lower deck. PLEASE Descend & Ascend carefully, use handrails! Beach towels, water tube floats, walking staffs available. ***Use ramp, path and river with caution, at own risk! River is public property. Guest access PARKING AREA is shared, There are TWO spaces for guests, at the north end. ***NO OVERNIGHT CAMPING in Parking Area, on Decks or sleeping on the floors, no exceptions! RIVER ACCESS is located off the lower deck. Please use caution when using the steps, ramp and lower path to the river. Please use handrails descending & ascending & walking staffs crossing the river! Please return all items to their original spots. There are beach towels, and float tubes on the lowest deck. Other things to note Please let me know a little about yourself, also any additional guest that will be staying with you, and pets if any. MUST BE OVER 21 TO BOOK**Use River access with caution. Enter trails & river at own risk** PET FRIENDLY RIVER The property is NOT in an isolated location. The River and beaches are public property. There may be water sports, traffic noise or logging/tree work related noise at certain hours of the day. Nights are very quiet. **QUIET HOURS 10pm to 10am**
