The North Apt. has 1 bedroom w. queen bed and single bed. Wood stove in bedroom adds romance. South Apt. has 2 bedrooms w. queen in each very clean and cozy. There is a small art and antique gallery on the 1st floor of the Cupola House. Guest access Guests may use picnic area in yard with fire pit and grill. You'll love the covered porch that overlooks Lake Champlain. Guests may use washer & dryer on 1st floor of the main house. Kayaks and bikes available - weather permitting. Other things to note No pets please. There are insurance restrictions on children due to 2nd floor porch. I've been operating as a guesthouse and vacation rental establishment for 25 years.
