Room G is an airconditioned room with floor heating on the 3rd floor in the beautiful old center of Amsterdam. The comfortable room has a king size hotel box-spring bed on which you can enjoy a good night's sleep after a long day in the city. The room is furnished with a writing table and various built-in cupboards and TV with Netflix. The room includes a private en-suite shower-room with a sink, hairdryer and soap. Your private toilet is hygienically located next to the room and cleaned daily. Enjoy unlimited coffee from your own coffee machine or tea made with your water cooker. In the pantry hall the refrigerator is filled with free chilled water and it offers a microwave. Included also is access to the large roof terrace of the building with several seating options. Smoking on the terrace is allowed. The terrace is romantically lit at night to finish your perfect day. All Amsterdam offers is walking distance and just around the corner taxis, trams, bus, canal boats and bike rentals are available. Central Station is on walking distance. Uber is active in Amsterdam. During your stay The host lives in the estate and is available 24x7 for any questions or service required. For the peace and safety of the other guests it is not allowed to invite other people over who are not staying in the guesthouse unless discussed with the host. Guests are kindly requested to be quiet in the building and on the terrace between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Other things to note - Check yourself in into the building easily at any time with a key code that you receive a week prior to your stay. Your room is ready at 15:00hrs. No problem if you arrive earlier, because with the key code you can let yourself in to store luggage for free at anytime. - Check out of the room is 11:00hrs(AM). It is possible to store luggage longer for free and pick them up later that day. - Smoking is allowed on the roof terrace. - Bedrooms only. Breakfast is not included, but unlimited coffee and tea is. - Host speaks Dutch, English, German, Malay and French. - Between 23:00 hours and 7:00 guests are kindly requested to be quiet in the house and on the terrace. - We are surrounded by bars and churches in a touristical area. Street noise and the ringing of church bells may bother the very light sleeper.
