Located slightly on the outskirts, it is ideally located for walks through the surrounding vineyards and rural villages. Please note that the ground floor of the house is divided into two independent apartments, occupied year-round. On weekdays, between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m., slight external noises can sometimes be heard due to a small factory located about 200 meters away. However, the house is very well insulated: inside, you hear absolutely no noise. Outside sounds are only noticeable when you are outside. For more peace and quiet, I have also set up a terrace on the south side, which is particularly quiet and sheltered. These slight nuisances remain very limited, but I prefer to mention them for people looking for a completely quiet environment. Guest access The upper part of the house is completely private and reserved exclusively for guests It occupies the entire upper floor and is in no way shared with other people. Both apartments located on the ground floor have completely independent entrances and do not communicate with your accommodation. There is therefore no common interior space. The garden is not shared either: each accommodation has its own outdoor space. You have a very large private space in front of the house, as well as a large terrace that is completely private, not shared with other occupants. In summary: accommodation, entrances and outdoor spaces are 100% private and exclusively reserved for guests. Parties are allowed, but only until 10pm.
