Located slightly on the outskirts, it has an ideal location for walks through the surrounding vineyards and rural villages. Please note that the ground floor of the house is divided into two independent apartments, occupied year-round. On weekdays, between 7am and 3pm, slight outside noises can sometimes be heard due to a small factory located about 200 meters away. However, the house is very well insulated: inside you can hear absolutely no noise. Outdoor sounds are only noticeable when you're outside. For more tranquility, I have also set up a terrace on the south side, particularly quiet and sheltered. These slight disturbances remain very limited, but I prefer to mention them for people looking for a totally quiet environment. Guest access The upper part of the house is private and reserved exclusively for vacationers. Neither this private area, which occupies the entire upper floor of the house, nor the two apartments located on the ground floor, communicate with each other.
