The space We built this small bed and breakfast in my great-grandparents' house. There are 15 rooms, some large and some small, with some featuring stone vaults. Each room has a private bathroom and a balcony or terrace overlooking the sea. The property offers a stone porch, a garden, a swimming pool, and a private parking space. Located on the hill of Ranzi, a hamlet of Pietra Ligure with 350 inhabitants, the hotel offers a splendid view of the coast. The woods start just above the village, ideal for outdoor activities. Nearby there is a restaurant and a trattoria-pizzeria. Although a car is not essential, it is highly recommended for exploring the most typical and enchanting places in the region. Guest access Guests have access to the pool, the breakfast room at mealtime and on rainy days, the sitting area with TV (there are no TVs in the room), the parking lot, the porch and the garden. During your stay I live in the same building, but in the next door apartment. When there are many guests in the house, we try to be present all day and even in the evening. When there are few people, I am often at home or in the garden with my children. I am always easily reachable and willing to chat and give information on places to visit and restaurants to try. Other things to note The municipality has imposed a tourist tax. The price per person per night is €0.70, with a maximum of €3.50 per stay. All guests from the age of 12 are subject to the tax. The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.
