The space The unit is fully furnished, well cleaned, almost new, well ventilated, with glazed tile flooring, high ceiling, cabled tv, landline phone and with fast wifi (not shared). It is just three floors away from the amenities with Makati skyline and poolside view. Guest access It is very easy to access the amenities from this unit. To access the other towers is through the ground and sixth floors and to parking levels 1-5. Our support Team will tour our guest upon arrival (optional) to show the amenities that they are entitled to. Other things to note Guests should be properly registered with the concierge for identification and security purposes - our Team will look into this. In-house Laundry and Water station is located at parking level 2 of Roces tower. They will not mix your clothes with others to avoid contamination and they pick up and deliver your clothes for Free. All amenities can be used for free except for the GYM which has a minimal charge of Php100.00 per person per day or 500 pesos per month of unlimited use.
