Room, opposite the fair, private bathroom

I rent a small room (11 sqm) for one person in my 3-room apartment, equipped with a bed, closet and desk. Great location opposite the trade fair (West entrance) and close to the subway. The space The small guest room (11 sqm) for one person is equipped with a bed (0.90 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe and a desk. The west room has a floor-to-ceiling window and is therefore very bright, underfloor heating, parquet floor (slippers desired!), simple furnishings are available. The small bathroom with floor-level shower, toilet and sink may be used by my guests alone, as the apartment has a second bathroom. Linens and towels are of course provided Guest access The small kitchen can of course be used. However, you can also have breakfast in one of the nearby bakeries / cafés. Of course, tea or coffee is available free of charge. Other things to note Check-in is possible from 2 pm, check-out is until 11 am. Individual agreements can be arranged. Currently, I can only accommodate double-vaccinated individuals. I hope you can please understand. Please do not smoke in the apartment. Please wear slippers.
