Delightful Garden family room with pool and garden

Very light garden room50m2) tucked away in the country side (near Marciac), with 1-bedroom (1x double bed 1.60x2.10+1x sofa bed), and "en suite" bathroom, large kitchen, covered terrace and garden view. Sleeps 3 people, baby cot possible. Access to pool (shared). English/French speaking owners living on property + helpfull with tips. Prices includes linens for bed, bath and kitchen. Excellent facilities, (free)WIFI, no TV, grocery stores and restaurants nearby! The space Maison d'hôtes Domaine à Marmande has been open since 2006 and consists of 4 rooms with private bathrooms. Guests share a covered terrace overlooking the garden and pool. You can walk barefoot on the lawn! On either side of the main building where the owners live are two bedrooms, comfortably furnished with en-suite bathrooms, for a total of 8 people. Guests have access to the Salon Rouge, the lounge area overlooking the pool. The owners live on site in the main part and look after the pool and garden, and are available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. This guesthouse offers a unique combination of well-being and hospitality: there's the possibility of booking a Zen-Shiatsu session on site by TCM practitioner Charles; €45 per session (more info on UFPMTC). New: breakfast on request at €10 per day per person. Guest access Access to own part of garden with lots of trees, pool shared with other guests. Also small library, WIFI, barbecue, nearby walking trails in forest. Linen & towels (bring own pool towels though) included in price. Beds are made upon arrival. Smoking allowed outside only. Internet Wifi available in the kitchen. No TV (but lots of films on DVD's), no telephone, just calm country side.... During your stay Charles & Caroline who started the guest house Domaine à Marmande in 2006, discretely live on premises mostly to maintain the grounds, the pool etc. and can be asked for tips and restaurant reservations throughout the day. Languages: English, French and Dutch Other things to note Charles has his practice in TCM or Traditional Chinese Medicine at the house. Treat yourself to a relaxing massage for that painful back or shoulder and book a treatment in advance at 45 € per treatment. He is member of UFPMTC in France. For smokers; you can request an ashtray and smoke on one of our terraces. Basic kitchen items are supplied such as coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, sugar and herbs. Eco friendly gestures: toilet paper supplied due to the 100% natural sanitation plant garden on site with helophyte filter (reed bed) to purify wastewater. Only throw toilet paper in the toilets and nothing else please. Solar panels in use to supply electricity to pool pump and warm the water in the boilers. Ecological heat pump and boiler installed to supply central heating and hot water. There are three small friendly dogs and two cats living on premises with owners.
