Sleep like a baby in our king size bed w/ it's deluxe linens, private bathroom & yard. The private garden w/ it’s tranquil water fountain is adjacent to Tomales Bay where you can hike, bike or kayak around the Pt. Reyes Na'tl Seashore, Tomales Bay State park and Giacomini Wetlands. The space This large suite (15'x20") has been furnished w/ a CA. King bed that comfortably sleeps two people. The room is not suitable for children or infants. There is a sitting area, full private bathroom, SMART tv, & WiFi for your convenience. The room opens to your own entrance & private garden featuring a gas bbq/grill & water fountain for enjoyment & relaxation. Suite also hosts a MINI-KITCHENETTE that includes : mini fridge & freezer, microwave oven, coffee & tea stations, plates, utensils, glasses & bowls to accommodate those who want to enjoy the local bounties of West Marin. + Guest access CHECK-IN TIME is between 3-5 pm. YOU MUST make check-in arrangements 24 HOURS prior to arrival. Location is in a rural area; cellular service can be questionable. LATE CHECK-IN: If you plan on arriving after 5 pm please let us know. There is a key lock box wherein upon notification you will be given the code to access the key to the room. CONTACT Rick or Alex prior to checkin. Property is locked at all times. Do not expect access if you have not made arrangements within the 24 HOUR WINDOW. DO NOT ENTER PROPERTY PRIOR TO THE ARRANGED CHECK TIME OR CHECK IN WINDOW. this is for health, safety and privacy. GUEST PARKING: feel free to park in front of garage by 🅿️ sign. Entrance is through the wrought iron gate. Access to suite is through sliding glass door. NO SHOES POLICY: we request all guests remove shoes prior to entering. Country living has its proclivities and dirt. In the event of carpet stains, spills and or accidents NOTIFY HOST IMMEDIATELY. This is so we can assess and clean it before our incoming guests. We work hard to avoid price gouging our guests with regular cleaning fees, so please help us out. Failure to inform us may subject you to additional cleaning fees. During your stay The resident host resides at the north end of the property. He is accessible via your in-suite manual if the need may arise. There is a dog on the property who potentially may bark, hence the no pet clause in the restrictions. Other things to note + our “Locals Guide Notebook” is updated regularly & placed in a conspicuous place for your access. This includes dining & points of interest, including trail maps, menus, & local info. + Children/pets are not permitted. + Complimentary coffee, tea and water + Petite kitchenette featuring; mini fridge & freezer, microwave oven, coffee, tea & hot beverage station, plates and all necessary kitchen utensils. + Plush towels, soap, extra pillows, shampoo & all necessary toiletries available for increased comfort during your stay. + Free secure, WIFI access. .
