Featuring a patio with fantastic sea view, Casa da BoaVista is a 2-bedroom holiday home located just 5 minutes walking distance from the center of Ericeira and also from the nearest beach Praia do Norte! The space Cosy renewed typical house with 2 rooms both with single beds that can be joined and become doubles. The bright living/dining room includes a sofa and a flat-screen cable TV. The kitchen is beautiful, with bright colors and fully equipped (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes & utensils, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator). The laundry room is outside with washing machine, iron and board. The bathroom has a small bath. Outside the large terrace is furnished and you can dine and enjoy the beautiful sea view! Also a shade for outdoor eating is provided. Linen and towels provided. It offers free WiFi access. Other things to note 1-Municipal Tourist Tax The Municipal Tourist Tax for Overnight Stay is charged by tourist establishments and local accommodation units to their guests. It is applied per night and per guest, aged 13 and over, up to a limit of 7 nights per stay. 2-Known as one of the best professional surfing areas, Ericeira was chosen by the WSR to be one of the four World Surfing Reserves and the first in Europe.
