A nice attic, air conditioned, two-bedroom apartment located at Gregor’s House just 2,4 km (30min stroll / 20 min walk / 10 min bike ride / 15 min bus ride+stroll) from downtown (Triple Bridge, old town with bars and restaurants).. After cehck in you will be able to park your car at designated parking slot next to the house. IMPOTRATN information about tourist tax see lower! The space The apartment features two rooms, the room on the left has a sopha bed that transforms into a double bed (160x200) and is appropriate for a couple, the room on the right features a Queensize bed (140x200), both rooms have air conditioning and the apartment has its own private kitchen and bathroom. Guest access The apartment has its own private kitchen but there is also a shared kitchen in the ground floor. We also have a laundry with four washing/drying machines . There is a small courtyard behind the house with a table and benches where you can relax and enjoy your lunch, there is also a charcoal grill at your disposal. A bicycle storage room is also available. Other things to note You will have to climb three flights of stairs to reach your apartment. The second and third set of stairs are floating stairs so there is no railing. Children should not be using them unsupervised. Guests of Ljubljana are obliged to pay a tourist tax of 3,13 per adult per night upon arrival at the accommodation, children from 7-18 years pay TT of 50%, children under 7 years are exempt. Tourist tax is not included in the price. At these point we are not able to accept credit/debit cards. Please prepare cash/change. GROPUS and BIG FAMILIES: If you are travelling in a larger group or you have big family, additional rooms/studios may be available at the time of your stay.
