We are located within the Makati Central Business District and just minutes away from the big shopping malls of Makati. Guest access The unit is in Amorsolo Tower. Amorsolo Tower is the 3rd tower of The Beacon and it has its own driveway and entrance. Guest access to other towers (Roces and Arnaiz) is through the ground floor, sixth floor and parking levels 1-5. The Beacon Condominium Towers is bounded with three (3) major streets: Chino Roces Avenue, Arnaiz Avenue and Amorsolo Street. Other things to note Guest should be properly registered with the concierge of the building for identification and security purposes - our support team will look into this. An In-house Laundry and water station is located at Parking level 2 of Roces Tower (tower 1). They do not mix clothes with others to avoid contamination and they pick up and deliver for FREE. All the amenities can be used for free except for the gym which has a minimal charge of Php100.00 per person per day or 500 pesos per month of unlimited use. The gym is fully air conditioned with Free drinking water (please bring your own water container) Important Notes: 1) No partying and please observe silence especially from 10PM to 7AM 2) No Smoking within the building premises. Designated smoking areas are on the ground floor.
