Couples Retreat-Secluded Pool House at Lake

Located just west of historic Nacogdoches on Lake Nacogdoches. The comfortable space for two sits behind our main house surrounded by pool, hot tub, fire pit and more. Entry is by key code for a stress free stay. Owners are usually a text or phone call away for assistance. The lake which attracts anglers year-round is a 2 minute walk from you. There you'll find two kayaks used for fishing or exploring . At night, you'll enjoy star gazing around the fire pit, as you're miles from town. The space Clean, cozy space that will make you feel like you're at a resort. This private pool house is perfect for relaxing, or for unplugging and reconnecting with your loved one. But, it's also for anyone wishing to experience the lake or strolling through the quaint shops in our beautiful downtown. History buffs will love learning the history of the oldest town in Texas. Combine that with exceptional customer service and you are sure to give it a 5-star rating! Guests enjoy access to lake, kayaks, hot tub, pool, fire pit during their stay. Guest access Guests will have access to pool house, pool, hot tub, fire pit, kayaks and lake. Other things to note As stated before, we have slow internet due to our rural setting. We use AT&T for cell service and usually have 1 bar LTE indoors and 2 bars outside. Age Requirements; NO Third-Party Reservations. You must be over the age of 25 to book this property. No individual or entity is allowed to book or reserve this property on behalf of someone who is under the age of 25. Additionally, no individual is allowed to book or reserve this property for any other individual if that individual it’s not physically staying at the property. The person making the reservation must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation. Weather and Other Unforeseen Events. Hosts shall not be held responsible or liable for any inconvenience is arising from inclement weather or from any defects or stoppages in supply of water, gas, electricity, plumbing, or other utilities serving the premises. Neither you nor any guest shall be entitled to any refund for any delays or cancellations due to such conditions. Comfort: If you require COLD COLD comfort during hot Texas days where temps reach close to or above 100° please consider booking elsewhere. Our units (mini split & window AC) can cool the space on average by 30°. Thus if you require 68 when it is 100 outside it is not gong to happen. Bed: The space allows for a queen-sized mattress. Pets: We do allow up to 2 well-behaved pets or emotional support animals 40 lbs. or less. The fee is $25 per day/per pet. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, therapy animals, and pets are an additional fee. AirBnB recently made changes within their platform and if you see that pets stay free, this is not the case with our place. We are happy to accommodate pets but they do require additional cleaning. Trained service animals that perform specific tasks for a person with a disability are welcome, in accordance with Airbnb policy and applicable law. Guests traveling with a service animal are asked to notify the host in advance so we can help ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. Misrepresentation of a pet as a service animal is a violation of Airbnb policy and may result in additional charges or cancellation under the platform’s rules. Lake Living: We work hard to keep the inside clean and ready for our guests stay. However our property is not only at a lake but also in the Piney Woods. This means that we have flying insects, spiders, and other often unwanted pests and occasional reptile…thankfully and mostly outside the living space on the porch and around the pool.
