Conveniently close to the trolley line for a quick bite at many great eating spots around the island and a short walk away from the beach. No car required. This offering is a small studio that is extremely popular. Two studios are available. Offering 1 assigned parking space. Holme Beach VRC24-000043 The space This studio is ideally suited for a couple that wants to getaway from it all and enjoy their island time. This is our smallest studio that offers a small kitchen, keurig machine, refrigerator, kitchen sink, bbq grill, private patio, full bathroom, and microwave. 1 assigned parking space per unit and guest parking available - see other details regarding additional parking. Guest access All of the resort is available, including swimming pool with sun-loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs to sit by the pool with family and friends. Other things to note For your day at the beach, we supply a complimentary beach wagon and beach towels. If you are interested in renting chairs and umbrellas, please request in advance. For the day, we will supply two chairs and one umbrella for 20.00. Each additional chair is 5/day. If you have additional family and friends visiting the area, a day pass is required. This includes one parking spot for the day, and pool access. Your guests will be issued a parking pass. The fee for the day pass is 50.00 Interested in renting a golf cart for a day or week? Please call the office or email for details. This villa is "turn-key" furnished. Towels and bed linens are included. You have also a back up set of sheets in the closet. You have enough towels for your stay stocked in the bathroom. Enjoy outdoor cooking on the grill. If you need an additional propane tank, please inform us promptly. If we are gone for the day, we will bring one the next day. Lounge on the patio in the sun or under a pool umbrella or in your private back yard patio. Bathroom has a walk-in shower. Iron and ironing board provided. Washer and dryer is not provided for the small studios. We provide limited "starter supplies" including soaps, toilet paper and paper towels, k-cup variety, sugar and creamers. We will not guarantee that these items will be replenished between guests. Please come prepared to re-stock if needed. Parking is for a maximum of one vehicle for this small studio. The beach is one block from this resort. Head west out of the resort, walk one block and you will be at the beach. We provide a notebook with property information including check in and check out details and local information for your stay. There is a noise ordinance in Holmes Beach. A copy of it is available in the information book. Any violation of this ordinance could result in management asking you to vacate the property. In the event there is a major hurricane and we require you to evacuate, We will issue you a credit for your remaining stay for a future booking. Management has the right to move you to an equal villa or an upgrade at no extra charge to due unforeseen events. This is at managements discretion.
