Large Studio of 37 m2, in a secure building on the 2nd floor with elevator and private parking in the basement of the building. - The parking space is not suitable for very large vehicles and even less for minivans or SUVs with a roof rack!!!!! We have a 5008 and have to do a lot of maneuvering to get in. - This studio is NON-SMOKING. Ideally located, 5 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the city center. - you will find at the station: tram station, bike rental, in front of the train station car rental - 10-15 minutes from the city center (shopping and cultural site) - 5 minutes from different supermarkets: "Simply Market" (in the halls) or a "Carrefour City" near the train station. - 300 m from several bakeries/pastry shops. This studio is perfectly equipped to live comfortably 37 m2 studio: - living area: 1 sofa (190 x 90 cm) convertible into a double bed (190 x 135), armchair - Open kitchen: 1 table + 2 chairs + 2 stools induction hob / electric oven / mixer / kettle / Italian coffee maker /toaster... - bedroom area: 1 new double bed (140 x 190) and 1 desk. - Bathroom: bathtub/sink/toilet/towel included/hair dryer... - on request I can provide a cot and high chair..... - You will have at your disposal an Italian coffee maker and coffee, tea. - linens are provided, to be removed from the bed when you leave and placed in a large blue bag provided. - I ask you to leave the studio as you found it when you arrived. I remain at your disposal to answer any questions you may have to help you prepare for your stay. Guest access by train: when leaving the station, turn left onto Boulevard Wilson. by car: from the A35, take the Strasbourg center exit then head towards the station. Other things to note WARNING If you book for 2 people and you want 2 different beds, make a request for 3 people There is no reception after 9:30 p.m. I repeat!: Possibility of parking in the basement but maneuvering is difficult for very large vehicles and long vehicles. We have a Peugeot 5008 that we park without too much difficulty but with a lot of maneuvering!!! The apartment is NON-SMOKING and must be left in the condition in which it was found: clean and welcoming. For hygiene reasons and respect for the premises, I ask you to remove your shoes. Pairs of slippers are offered. They are washed after each use. the vacuum cleaner and everything you need to clean before your departure are at your disposal! I'll take care of the big cleaning!!!
