The space The one-bedroom 72 sq.m. air-conditioned apartment is a newly built property. It features free WiFi access, a furnished balcony with unobstructed sea view, a bedroom with bed linen, a big wardrobe with hangers, a make-up table with mirror, an ironing board and an iron. The living room has a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a folding leather sofa-bed, and a desk. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area will let you cook by yourself. The private bathroom is fitted with a shower, a bidet, a washing machine and a hairdryer. Bath towels, beach towels, toiletries, shampoo, body wash and washing detergents are provided free. There is a free parking facility for all the guests. The parking is security guarded. The building is equipped with elevators. Guest access White Residence is located in the prestigious neighborhood in Saranda. Within a walking distance there are restaurants, shops and bus stop. The Santa Quaranta beach with a sandy lagoon, sundecks, and a seasonal outdoor pool is located a short walk away. The beach bars and restaurants offer a variety of dining options and serve drinks and cocktails during the day. Guests can also go fishing, snorkeling, diving. Waters sports are also available. Charges may apply. Multiple restaurants serving Albanian and international cuisine and a big supermarket can be found in the vicinity. The closest minimarket is just across the street and the big supermarket is within a 3 minute walking distance. Regular buses will take our guests to Sarandë promenade, Ksamil beaches and seaport. The bus stop is opposite the building. The closest international airport is located at Corfu island, and there are everyday ferries from Saranda seaport to Corfu and back. The trip takes 30 or 70 minutes, depending on the vessel type. Other things to note Guests arriving by their own car can explore the beautiful untouched Albanian Riviera and its unique beaches taking the Saranda-Vlore road.
