Family-friendly central

The apartment is in a very green residential area. Central, you can get anywhere within a few minutes by bike or on foot. Parks are at the front door. You could dock right on the water. Especially in spring /summer, many people use the canal to chill with the canoe/ subs. Top shopping opportunities such as Edeka, Alnatura, Budni and Rewe are within a 3-minute walk. U3/Bus 5 Hoheluftbrücke is within 2 minutes' walking distance (city bikes). Nice cafes and good restaurants. Ski jumping within walking distance. The space Our bright apartment with a sunny balcony is located in the beautiful, very green district of Eimsbüttel/Harvesterhude directly on the Isebek Canal. The canal is ideal for stand-up paddling or canoeing. (From here, the jetty to the Alster?) From our apartment, you can get anywhere on foot or by bike (city bikes can be rented at the designated stations). The subway (with escalator and elevator) and bus can be reached in 2 minutes. Grocery stores such as ALNATURA, Rewe or EDEKA are just around the corner. The popular Kaifu outdoor pool is a 6-minute walk away. Cafes and nice restaurants invite you to linger. Many families live in our neighborhood, actually almost like a small village. The popular Isemarkt Di/Fr is also just around the corner and is within walking distance. The districts of Eppendorf or Sternschanze can be reached on foot or by U3 in 5 to 10 minutes. You see, we live quite centrally and yet it is very quiet. Just nice:-)! Recently, a dog has been living with us. Our new family member is not allowed on the sofa or in bed. He has his own basket. Our apartment is not rented to other interested parties with dogs, as we do not want to overburden our neighbors and want to ensure that dogs do not come into bed. We hope for your understanding. Guest access Our apartment offers 4 rooms, a combined kitchen and living room and a bathroom. 2 rooms are available to guests. You have the apartment for yourself over the rented period. You can have Wi-Fi in our apartment. You get the password when you move in. Of course, you can use the kitchen and all the accessories. It has everything you need. Spices and teas can be found in the cupboard. We store pans in the oven. Please leave the apartment as you found it :-). If anything breaks, let me know. Other things to note Children under 2 years old do not pay :-)! Parking: From July 5, July 21, our area will be designated as a residential zone with a parking permit.
