My accommodation is located in a charming coastal resort just 300 meters from the sea. This location is a great strength: in a few minutes you can reach the beach, while the surrounding area is full of amenities and small shops. This apartment is a perfect solution for those looking for a retreat near the sea, without sacrificing the comforts of everyday life The space The apartment " Luca " is located in a structure called " Casa Vacanze Gli Archi. The entire building was renovated in 2012 while the apartment " Luca " was entirely modified in 2017. The apartment has a modern and particular design, with the floor all parquet. The apartment is about 46 meters complete with all comforts. Inside there is a spiral staircase that will take you to the living area (complete with kitchen and also a sofa bed) and in the veranda complete with table and chairs where you can have lunch observing our wonderful sea.
