A 100 Sq Mtr loft with modern comfort & convenience, in the most desirable location in Paris. Steps to Notre Dame, 1 block from the river Seine. A ground floor private entrance with natural light from large front windows and ceiling windows. The space The large windows and ceiling windows in each of the bedrooms bring in natural light throughout the loft. We our proud of the unique artwork we've collected that covers each wall, including modern furniture with bright colors. We have a well supplied kitchen. A large screen TV in master bedroom. There is Wifi access, and NetFlix connected to each TV and plenty of books to read. Everything you would want in Paris is in walking distance, but there are 2 "Velib Bike" Stations, both within 50 meters on either side of the loft. Guest access Two bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and a couch in the salon folds into a double-bed. The downstairs is marked off for our guests, as it’s a cave cellar used for personal storage. Other things to note The street is a small one way street with little traffic, between the boardwalk of the Seine and the famous Boulevard Saint Germain located one street behind the loft. It's safe for kids. You find Michelin star restaurants in the neighborhood, a swimming pool and gym, one block away and two blocks from an outdoor market on Wednesdays and Saturdays at Maubert Mutualité square (and metro stop).
