Very nice studio - La Grande Motte - Close to the beach

2 min walk to the beach, shops and center (restaurants), this beautiful fully refurbished studio (with private and secure parking space) will be the ideal place for your vacation. Bike rental 200 m away in Rue des Artisans with all shops (bakery, butcher, fishmonger, hypermarket). Walking along the Quai d'honneur, you will reach the city center and its promenade in less than 10 minutes. Forget about your car and enjoy!! The space The apartment has plenty of storage space that you can use as you wish. A small dressing room will allow you to store all your belongings. We also provide you with all household cleaning products. Linens, pillowcases and bath towels are not provided. The bedding is 190 x 140. Guest access The entire apartment is available for guests. Other things to note COVID: the apartment will be fully disinfected between 2 stays (2 hours of intensive cleaning included in the rental amount) for your comfort Ideally located in La Grande Motte (next to the Pasino), you have all the shops (Bakery, Butcher, Fishmonger, Hypermarket) a few steps away, avoiding the need to take your vehicle all the time. For your outings, the best huts in the region (Effet Mer, Paillote Bambou, White Beach...) are at the end of the avenue on the beaches of Grand Travers.
