Long term rental with CPR registration available! Couples are welcome, boys and also girls. In this room you have a double bed (1.40m wide), a dinning table, a working desk and a closet. Located in Copenhagen Nv, an upcoming neighbourhood of the city. Fast Wifi with a 300/60 Mbt/s connection The space The space has a double bed (1.4 x 2m) a large closet, cabinet, table and a desk to work at. The room is situated close to metro & buses as well as a train station leading directly to the center of the city. The transportation system is one of the best In Copenhagen as it also has great frequency leading out of the city. The road has broad bike lanes providing safety for you to bike securely to the city. The area has most competing supermarkets nearby. It also has 24/7 grocery stores. There are also consumer items stores hard to find in other areas of Copenhagen. The condiments are personal but apart from that make sure to feel like home. During your stay Guillaume or Adrian greet 90% of the guests when we are not traveling. Otherwise a friend of ours will greet you. Guillaume and Adrian are not staying in the apartment themselves thus you will share the space with other tenants. You are more than welcome to talk to us about your needs and we will see if I can accommodate them. Read: 'this is not a hotel, you are in your home and should therefore treat the others like roommates rather than hotel clerks'. It is important for us to state that decisions will be taking from you only - we cannot lead you through your travel and I will not be taking the decisions on what to do during your stay for you. There are limits to our capabilities. We also perfectly understand your need for privacy. Other things to note LATE CHECK OUT (IMPORTANT!): Our check out hour is 11 am. As we do understand that some people need to check out later we have chosen to make a compensation scheme for the convenience of the host and to allow the guest to check out later. Check out times and prices: Before 11 am = Included in your booking - no charge. 11 am - 1 pm = 100 DKK 1 pm - 3 pm = 200 DKK 3 pm - 5 pm = 300 DKK 5 pm - 7 pm = 400 DKK 7 pm - 9 pm = 500 DKK 9 pm - 12 pm = 600 DKK After 12 pm = double your nightly rate (as per airbnb standards). LATE CHECK-IN: Our check-in time is flexible. Our check-in flexibility is not made to be used against us but to accommodate the different arrivals of the guests. Thus Please tell us your exact landing time and location. We have a check-in agreement once we both have agreed to the time. As it has happened in the past that we have waited up to hours (!) for guests to arrive even though we agreed on a check-in time, we have chosen to make a compensation schedule. This in order to minimize the occurrence of such events and to encourage guests to be precise in stating their time of arrival. Check-in delays and prices: 15-30 minutes = 75 DKK 30-60 minutes = 150 DKK 60-120 minutes = 300 DKK For each hour after that an additional 150 DKK per hour.
