Has a NESPRESSO machine with some complimentary capsules, utensils for tea, toaster, microwaves-oven, fridge and freezer, wash machine and all you need. There's air conditioned and heating radiators. Other things to note Because the flat is located in a residential building, it is not allowed to make noise between 10 pm and 9 am and any parties or similar are absolutely forbidden, so please abstain from groups of young people.
