Cozy Dependance in front of the Sea

The space This is a two-roomed flat situated on the typical quarter of sferracavallo, just in front of the sea! It's a part of a Liberty-style villa, built during the first of XX century. The dependance it's made up of: a ground floor with a bedroom (queen-size bed), a bathroom (with a shower), a kitchen corner and a quite ample loft (double bed). It presents also an outside space in the main garden, with an outside shower, a table where you can eat after a toning swimming or just relaxing, chilling or sunbathing while you enjoy the beautiful vision of the inner garden! The greatest thing it's that the house have a private access to the sea. The apartament it's realized in wood. This give it a sense of comfort, increased by the presence of the wonderful landscape, with the sea and the mountain at the same time! There are also many others stuff that you can do, moreover swimming and chilling out, like: mountain trip and long walking on the seaside, or if you desire a more cultural itinerary on the city center, just taking a bus at the bus stop in front of the house! It's absolutley unique! Other things to note As there is a very big garden, we have two pets: An old dog, Argo, he's usually very lazy, so it spents its time sleeping!
