Nice studio located in the heart of Carré d'Or de Nice and minutes from Place Masséna, the beach and the city center. My studio is the perfect place for a successful stay... The space Tastefully decorated and well equipped, our large attic studio (and air-conditioned) consists of a mezzanine bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and separate bathroom. The apartment is well equipped: - Wifi; - Hair dryer; - Vacuum cleaner; - Refrigerator; - Electric plates; - Assortment of teas and herbal teas; - Nespresso coffee machine (and assortment of capsules); And everything you need for cooking... A travel crib, a baby chair and a stroller can also be provided. In addition, all necessary linens (washed and ironed for each new arrival) are provided. You will also have at your disposal an umbrella (for the rare rainy days...), a few books and my own tourist guide to Nice written for you. To help you plan your stay, you will also have complete and always up-to-date documentation of current events and tips in the city. In perfect condition, the apartment is conveniently located: 200 m from Place Masséna and the main avenue of Nice (and the tram stop), 400 m from the old town, the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. The street of the apartment is home to many prestigious shops, and the pedestrian street, just behind, offers a very wide range of restaurants (from snack to Michelin-starred). Guest access It is also possible to rent a supervised parking lot located 5 minutes walk away for €20 per 24 hours, and in a few steps, you will find all the bus lines you may need. Other things to note The ceiling height in the bed area is about 155-160 cm, while in the bathroom it is higher, but it is crossed by a beam.
