Biarritz Duplex – Exceptional View of Grande Plage

ITSAS ALDE offers you... A large duplex for 6 people and probably the most beautiful view of the Great Beach of all Biarritz. The space Welcome in the middle of Biarritz. This beautiful duplex apartment is located on the seafront, halfway between the Hotel du Palais and the Casino of the famous seaside city. Beautiful shops and restaurants are a stone's throw away, the Grande Plage is a few meters in front of you. Easily accessible, it is located on the ground floor of a secure building. And, as we thought of everything, the residence even has a swimming pool open from June to September for those who like to see the waves without necessarily swimming there. The charm works as soon as the entrance door opens. The views are simply mind-blowing and the apartment is bathed in light. The floor-to-ceiling windows cover the entire facade and the ceiling height should approach 6 meters! On the ground floor, there is a large lounge area, dining area, fully open kitchen and facing ocean. Whether you are cooking, taking your meals or resting on the different sofas, you will not miss a wave! The lounge has many seating places and allows you to spend a very pleasant time facing the Grande Plage. There is also an office space for those who, even on vacation, have to spend a few minutes working. The colorful kitchen is fully equipped in terms of appliances and utensils. The dining room table is right in front and allows the meal attendant not to be isolated from the rest of the group. For bedrooms, this beautiful apartment has 3. The first, blind, is on the ground floor and is equipped with two single beds. We access the other 2 bedrooms by taking a very nice glass staircase. Also, the huge windows offer an exceptional panorama. Both offer a double bed, including 1 king size bed in the master bedroom. It is your pleasure to wake up every morning facing the ocean. It is also upstairs that you will find the 2 bathrooms. The first is equipped with a bath and a toilet. The second, even larger, has a shower. There are also washing and drying machines. It's good for the families with the kids! Regarding parking, the apartment can have a private space in the basement. Summer rates (July and August) include making this spot available. Outside high season (from September to June), in order to provide the best rental rate for our guests, we only offer this location as an option for €10.00/rental day. On the practical side, we highly appreciate the long blackout blinds in the living room. The same system is present upstairs and guarantees complete tranquility and perfect sleep. The apartment is also fully air-conditioned and allows you to regulate the temperature room by room. And, for the more connected, WiFi is of course available. Do we book? Towels as well as bed linen are provided and are therefore not to be provided. Laundry and dry cleaning at the end of the stay are also included in the cleaning package.
