Perfect for young travellers. Big and cosy house, full of traditional features on an emblematic building. The house has 6 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and a big dining room with 2 shared balconies . It is a big house with high ceilings. All rooms have beautiful artwork on the ceiling. It is a renovated house with wooden floor, a modern kitchen and 2 modern bathrooms. The house is located right at the centre of Lisbon, walking distance from Bairro Alto, or any touristic destination. The space This is room 04, this room has a double bed. It is not the biggest room of the house. The building was build in the 1900's, was later refurbished in the 80's. This house was inhabited by my grandmother for more than 40 years, after that me and my brother bought the house and started refurbishing it little by little. At the moment only me Pedro live here. You can find several beautifull characteristics from the typical houses from this century, you find find very high ceilings, beautiful estuque drawings, however with the comfort of modern kitchen and bathroons All rooms except room 6 face the Main Street and are bathed with plenty of natural light every day. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, laundry machine and dryer. The floor is wood and the downstairs neighbors complaint at every bang on the floor so be careful with the noise. The house is not very cold and not very hot so you can enjoy. Guest access Guests can use all common areas of then house and their own rooms, you can smoke at the balcony of the dinning room. During your stay I work with international students and I know several nice places to go in Lisbon, I will be more than willing to help you during your stay. During the weekend If you want to grab a bite let me know maybe I can also show you around. I was born in Lisbon and I came back to Lisbon when i was 17, I'm an entrepreneur and I work with mostly mid term housing and international students. Other things to note Careful with the noise on the floor because of the neighbours, no shoes is the best. If you come late night try not to make much noise. Do not hesitate to call me if you need anything even if you is late in the night If you are two and you need an extra bed please ask for it.
