The house consists of four two-room apartments created in what was once a historic farm owned by our grandmother Camilla, known as Milla. In addition to the four two-room apartments, Casa Milla has a large three-room apartment and 2 small villas. We are located in the Tuscan countryside and, for the well-being of our guests, we offer a swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, parking, a patio in the garden equipped for outdoor dining, a grill, a vegetable garden with aromatic herbs, and our own oil and wine. The space Casa Milla is located in Collemezzano, in the Tuscan countryside just a few minutes from Cecina, allowing you to experience the countryside while enjoying the comforts and amenities of a well-equipped town just a short distance away. What's more, as we are on the coast, the sea is just a stone's throw away! This property has remained faithful to the typical style of the Tuscan countryside in its furnishings, colors, and details. The “Fagiano” apartment is a spacious three-room apartment on the ground floor with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a fireplace, a living room with TV, two sofa beds, the possibility of adding another single bed, a bathroom with window and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, internet connection, private parking, use of a grill, and use of a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. (SWIMMING POOL OPEN FROM THE END OF MAY TO OCTOBER APPROXIMATELY) The 4 two-room apartments that make up the property were created from the renovation of an old rural farmhouse, resulting in 4 two-room apartments (2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor), a three-room apartment, and 2 independent cottages. Guests at Casa Milla have access to spacious common areas designed to facilitate socializing for those who wish to do so, but also offering tranquility and privacy for those seeking a more secluded stay. In fact, each apartment has a dedicated area in the garden with a patio equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. All comforts are provided, and the strong point is the location: the house is surrounded by olive groves and countryside, but direct access to the Via Emilia allows for easy and convenient travel to the beaches and all the cities of art. Guest access Guests of the property have access to the swimming pool, gardens, barbecue area, vegetable garden, and orchard with aromatic plants at their disposal, and can enjoy relaxing walks in our beautiful countryside. Other things to note Guests staying in the first-floor apartments also have access to a dining area in the garden, equipped with a table and chairs under a wooden gazebo, near the swimming pool. The pool is available to guests, and each family will be assigned a spot in the garden equipped with a parasol and sun loungers/deck chairs reserved for each family group.
