Bright flat in the city centre

My flat is bright and cosy and consists of two rooms: the largest functions as a living room and also has a kitchen. The smaller as bedroom. If you will live there, having your morning coffee or tea on the wide window ledge is a must! The space The place is ideal for company of good friends or a family. The living room is spacious and is good place to have parties or place for children to play. Or maybe if you want to be alone with lots of space for thinking big thoughts working on some project? Guest access The apartment itself consists of one separated bedrooms (with a double-bed matress) and a large (35 sqm) living room with kitchen, where there is a pull-out sofa in the living room that could be used as double-bed. Fresh bed-linen and towels are included. The kichen is equiped for storing and preparing your own food. In the bathroom, you have a bath-tube. There is a washing machine, hair-dryer. Since the flat is on the top-floor and with windows in South, the apartment is always full of light. There is a large closet for clothes and a book shelf with books in different languages. Other things to note The flat has some minuses also - the staircase has not been repaired since Soviet time, but it is locked so it is safe and not smelly. There is also no lift. There is some time since there has been done big renovations of the flat and also not of the best quality, so that is also viewable some plaices for instance there are some marks on some walls and the floor that is not possible to wash away.
