Wompoo Cottage close to Lake Eacham

The cottage is on a ten acre property surrounded by nature in every direction. The cottage is spacious with unique features like an outdoor bath and a lovely rainforest driveway. Rare and endemic species of rainforest and fruit trees. Wildlife and birds live and visit the property . Tree kangaroos nearby. The Crater Lakes National Park and several towns are only a 10 min drive. Secluded and magical in it's nature , Wompoo is the place to stay and take in natures ever changing ambience. The space The rainforest driveway leads you to 'Wompoo Cottage' which is private and secluded. The cottage is nestled behind a bamboo fence and gardens with views to nearby hills. From the spacious patio you can watch the breathtaking sunsets and bird life. An outdoor claw bath awaits you so you can enjoy the stars and the sounds of nature while indulging. Platypus viewing is a10 min drive and you might even see a Tree Kangaroo. Yungaburra, Malanda and Lake Eacham are only a 10min drive. If you want a private, peaceful, quiet , comfortable and be at one with nature with a bit of luxury thrown in' Wompoo Cottage' is the place for you. Guest access The immediate space around the cottage is available to guests and if you ask me I have a small shop in the nearby shed where you can purchase vintage, retro and funky clothes for men and women , bric a brac and books are also available. Other things to note The cottage is in a central location to many places and things to do. Many exciting rainforest walks are close by. A swim at the lake is only a 5min drive. Stores are a 5 to 10 min drive away. Abundance of bird life and nature surrounds.
