Tillamook House - private lower level, Lapeer

The Tillamook House is located halfway between Lapeer and Davison, approximately 20 miles from Bishop International Airport in Flint. As a guest, you will have plenty of privacy in the lower level of my home. My home is clean, comfortable, and the lot is large, providing plenty of peace and quiet. Although in the country, my home is in a small subdivision, and all roads in and out are paved. The space The basement of my home is a finished walkout, so there are 3 large windows, plus a doorwall overlooking my backyard and pond. You will have a bedroom, bathroom, and a den for your own use. I live upstairs and there is a door that separates the stairs to the basement from my living space, so you will have plenty of privacy. Guest access The basement is very private and you will have use of the bed, bath and den. The den area has a couch, a few chairs, a small table, small pool table, dart board, player piano, fireplace, and a flat screen tv, all with a pleasant view of the backyard and pond. The bedroom is comfortable, with two closets for your use. In the bedroom there is a small desk and chair, and also a kitchen cart with a fridge, micro, and coffee pot. The bathroom is just outside the bedroom and has a shower. There is also a small patio off the den. I do have a dog, and the patio is in the fenced dog yard, so Jenna will be around from time to time, however, Jenna does not linger outside, she only goes out to do her business. You will enter the home through the side garage door, and the stairs to the basement are right when you walk in, so you would just go downstairs. I also use the garage entrance, but have no need to go downstairs while you are visiting. You may just hear me coming in and out with Jenna at the top of the stairs. I try to provide my guests privacy, but you may see me coming and going, or playing out in the yard with Jenna. During your stay I live in the upstairs of my home and you may see and hear me coming and going about my day, along with my dog, Jenna. If you have any questions, or need anything, you are welcome to message/text me at any time. Other things to note I park in the garage, so I ask that you park to the far right on the driveway, to allow space for me to get in and out. If you happen to pull in while I am out front playing with Jenna, please allow me a moment to restrain her before exiting your car. She is not dangerous, but she is protective of me, so I prefer to keep her separated. If you do encounter Jenna, please just ignore her (do not talk to her or look at her), and she will be just fine.
