The space Welcome to La Casa dell'Ortica! This cozy apartment is brand new and features a large 20-meter (66-foot) terrace, located in a building with an elevator. Located in the Ortica district, a small, historic neighborhood in Milan that is quiet and quaint but well served by public transportation: you'll be in the city, but you'll experience the Milan of yesteryear. A charming, quaint, flower-filled haven, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.   The apartment is warm and welcoming, recently renovated and with a wide and sunny terrace of 20 meters, in a building with a doorman and an elevator. (This one is also fine.) It is in the Ortica district, a small historic district of Milan, characteristic and quiet, but well-served by public transport; you will be in town, but breathing the air of an historical Milan. A flowered and quaint corner, away from the city chaos. Guest access I rent a double room, but if you are interested, I can also rent the entire house, which sleeps a total of 4 people: 2 in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed. Guests will have access to all the home's amenities: kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, heating, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi. I rent a double bedroom, but in certain period, I'm also willing to rent the whole house, for a total of 4 beds: two in the double bedroom and 2 on a sofa-bed.
