Lake front cottage

Located on Alexander's Lake and nature conservancy near the historic town of Putnam. The property is located directly on the water with a private beach, wood and gas fire pit, private dock, and includes use of kayaks. The space Our cottage is located on a quiet private lake, guest have full use of the property. There are no motor boats allowed on the lake which makes it ideal for kayaking, swimming or just floating in a tube The property is located on a very quiet dead end road and is great for walking running or biking.The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen including all pots pans, silverware, basic spices, oils, keurig coffeemaker, microwave and toaster. We also provide coffee and creamer.The cottage has a queen size bed and futon bed. Included are all towels sheets blankets etc. There is also a outdoor shower with hot and cold water. 42 inch smart tv, wifi, and central air conditioning. Guest access Kayaks,canoe,row boat, fishing gear, fire pit, gas grill. ( guest will need to supply firewood for outdoor fire pit) Note: use of any water craft is at your own risk, those using using craft should have experience with such craft, understand inherent risk, follow all applicable laws, and follow all safety measures including use of life jackets. Non swimming guest are not allowed use of water craft. Dock and boat pulled out on 11/1 kayaks available until 12/1 or when ice forms on the lake. Swimming in the lake is at your own risk, there are no life guards. Other things to note outdoors shower is not available for use after 10/31 Indoor gas fireplace is not available for use Kayaks , canoe, rowboat and dock are available for use until 11/1 or when ice forms on the lake. Three person occupancy, the property is pet free and smoke free in all areas inside and outside. No parties or events please.
