A spacious Guest House (Lombard guesthouse) in Lecco. We are close to Manzoni Hospital, the new university center, the new court and the mountains! 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large equipped kitchen, 1 living room and private entrance. Upon arrival, you will be required to pay the tourist tax of €1.50/day and only for the first 5 days. The space The Grandi Cime Guest House is a large 170 sqm apartment on the first floor of an independent building, in which 6 rooms have been created (3 single and 3 double - with two bathrooms with shower and one with a bathtub) each named after a special peak, whose giant image decorates one of the walls of the room. Guest access I like to personally welcome my guests, so if you're arriving during check-in times, it's best to arrange a time as I'm not always at the Guest House. If you arrive after 7:00 p.m. and during the weekend, you can still self check-in: you will find the keys in a lockbox. Self check-in instructions will be sent a few days earlier via WA, so it's essential to provide a mobile number with this app installed and active. Available to guests: a large equipped kitchen where you can prepare and dine, a living room for reading and chatting with guests and a common terrace. The property is also equipped to accommodate small guests, with a crib, high chair and toilet seat reducer. Parking is available near the property and indoor bike/scooter storage is available. Your pets are welcome, subject to availability. During your stay Guests will manage the spaces independently, the hosts will provide for the weekly cleaning of the rooms with the change of linen. For every need, question, help, tourist information, the hosts are at your disposal. Other things to note The city of Lecco requires the payment of the tourist tax in the amount of €1.50 per person for the first 5 days of stay.
