The space Villa Clara lake view is a spacious flat of 110 m2 completely south facing and composed of: entrance, living room, master bedroom with King (180 cm) and Queen bed (160 cm), a king bed (180 cm) and a sofa bed (160cm), a bathroom with shower, double basin and WC, a separate toilet with hand wash basin, a large eat-in kitchen and a big terrace with 180 degree lake view. Guest access From the street you access the Villa descending 10 steps made of typical Ticino granite. The apartment is on the first floor of Villa Clara and can be reached via its internal staircase.
