The space Pleasant accommodation overlooking the harbor with stunning sea views that invite you to either, spend the day in swimsuit between the pool and the beach, enjoy the delicious tapas and wines at the port or enjoy the outdoor activities any day of the year thanks to the warm micro climate that Sitges offers. The 200 sqm comfortable bright house is divided in two floors, a terrace and a private solarium. The house has been designed with ample open spaces to enjoy the sea views, whilst respecting the typical Mediterranean air. The top floor was conceived to be the centerpiece and meeting place for everyone; with an open plan kitchen, the dining room and the lounge, all of them opening to the terrace views. Downstairs, the rest area, comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms. -One, the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. -Two, the Japanese style bedroom with double bed. -Three, the children's bedroom with four single beds. Over the years the house has been carefully restored preserving its original air without compromising the modern comfort of the house, with air conditioning, central heating and fireplace. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with: microwave, refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machine and all utensils such as dishes, blender, toaster, Nespresso machine, table linens... The spacious lounge is equipped with WiFi, smart TV and satellite TV. Both bathrooms have been recently refurbished to provide in the en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath and the second bathroom with a shower. Kids deserve our special attention, that’s why the house has specific elements bearing in mind the little guests’ needs such as travel cots, child seat, etc. When it comes to sunbathing, you will find at the top floor one of the most spectacular spots of the house, the private solarium equipped with sun loungers and parasols. This terrace also offers magnificent panoramic views both by day and night. Guest access House and solarium are of exclusive use for our guests. The communal Pool is contiguous to the house, which provides extra comfort due to its location. Other things to note The privileged location of Sitges offers many entertainment options and attractions such as its 22 clear sand beaches, boat rentals, golf course, tennis, amusement park, cultural visits, as well as a wide gastronomic range.
