Our comfortable apartment is cozy, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. It is very close to the beach of fine white sand and a beautiful pine forest. The neighborhood is quiet and well served by public transportation. You can walk to the historic town center in 15 minutes. It is easily reachable by bus directly from Fertilia airport (5 km), with the civil hospital stop 350 meters from the house. Train station is about 500 meters away. Guest access Guests have the whole apartment to themselves. Please treat the apartment with the same care you would use in treating your own things. Only prohibitions: 1) smoking inside (there are two balconies) 2) causing disturbance. Other things to note Guests will have to pay €50 for cleaning, the accommodation tax of €1.00 per person per day for the first 7 days, children up to 10aa are excluded. Each additional guest pays a fee equal to that provided for the first. The minimum number of guests is two. If you want to stay alone, you will have to pay two fees.
