Quietly located in a park, this 18th century house oriented East/West has 3 bedrooms on one floor and a bedroom in the "dovecote" via miller's ladder. It has 1 equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 living room/SAM open to the garden on the east side. When you return from the beaches, it's nice to enjoy the calm of the countryside, less than a 15-minute drive from Hossegor, and to use the pool, which is open from June 15 and available every afternoon from 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., except on Sundays. The space The house called "La Fournière" is located in a large park where deer like to take refuge and will satisfy lovers of old houses with character. It is an airial with the "Fournière" then a barn body facing north/south, and its mansion. (see aerial photo) There are no actual fences between these buildings; however, everyone must respect each other's spaces. The house facing East/West has its living room/SAM open to the garden to the east. It has 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x190), 1 with double bed 160x190 , 1 with 130x190 bed, and the last with a 90x200 single bed. The bathroom is 1 Italian shower and the built-in kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, gas hob, refrigerator, washing machine and dishes. Swimming pool open Monday to Saturday except Sunday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Finally: This is not a first-generation house because it is from the late 18th century, but tastefully redone. Therefore, this dwelling appeals to lovers of French heritage. From Saubion, you can quickly access the highway and reach Bayonne (20 minutes), Biarritz (30 minutes), and San Sebastián in Spain. The advantage of Saubion is that it is close to the beaches and golf courses, while being shielded from the seasonal hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts of Hossegor and Capbreton. If there are a few cobwebs, it's the countryside but close to the sea House limited to 5 occupants including baby. Guest access The garden of the house is on the east side, on the living room side. The kitchen-side garden is not accessible to tenants and PLEASE avoid drying your laundry on this side, laundry lines are available at the entrance. It is possible to walk under the trees along the hedge and in the park on the east side. However, care must be taken to respect the dividing boundaries. A swimming pool is accessible according to conditions from June 15 to September 25 to the only tenants from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. except Sunday. For reasons of liability and number, we do not want guests to access the pool unless agreed, and it is not possible to picnic around the pool. The house is limited to 5 occupants including children. Vehicle access is limited to 2 cars (no campers allowed). It is possible that we will be absent for your arrival and departure, we will then agree together on how to collect the keys.
