I´m offering a guest room with balcony in my apartment with 3 rooms. You will have a private bathroom and share the kitchen with me. The house is centrally located close to station "Schönhauser Allee". There are many restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, a mall and a gym in walking distance. Usually there is space for two people on a comfortable sofa bed. The space The spacious guest room has a sunny balcony and provides a comfortable sofa bed. There is a desk if you want to work. You will have your own private, recently renovated bathroom with a washlet (asian style toilet). The kitchen is to be shared with me. Besides a washing machine and tumble dryer, a dish washer and coffee maker are also available. Guest access You can use the guest room, private bathroom and kitchen. The other bedroom and the living room are my private rooms. You can enter the house and the apartment without keys using your phone. You can also get keys if you prefer.
