Villa with Mediterranean garden

A few minutes from the beach, in a quiet area, a villa surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. The house, equipped with all comforts, allows you to spend your holidays in complete relaxation. The space The house is located in a fairly quiet area, about four hundred meters from the largest beach in the town. Around the house there is a large garden with typical Mediterranean plants that guarantees shaded areas even on the sunniest days; the exterior of the house is completed by two arcades (located on opposite sides), a terrace-solarium, a storage room and a comfortable heated shower. Sun loungers, chairs and outdoor furniture allow you to enjoy all this. Inside there are two bathrooms, both with a water heater and shower: one of the two showers is equipped with a whirlpool. In the kitchen, in addition to the fridge, the stove and everything that may be useful, there is a microwave and a coffee machine. The room is equipped with a large table and satellite TV. Guest access All three bedrooms are available, the fourth can be used (with permission) as an emergency room or for children, the gardens and the loggia. Other things to note It is possible to arrange the transfer from the port and airport for both the outward and return journeys.
