With white water ocean views, our home is located in one of the most private and warmest micro-climates of the region. Wildlife is abundant, with frequent visits from wild turkeys, deer, and others. Please note that since we are not always personally available to accept postal packages, we use a remote "Nest" camera in the driveway. The Nest device notifies and records movement, and is located at the front driveway to the house. By accepting a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to possible recording at the front entrance of the house. Unless we have pre-approved your larger party, there will be a $50 fee, per night, applied for each guest (including any persons visiting the property) over our 4 person maximum that will be taken from the security deposit. If there are any guests (including any persons visiting the property) not disclosed at booking, we will have no choice but to cancel your stay, even if you are already at the property, and a refund will not be provided. We unfortunately must be very strict about this policy due to previous stays. One vehicle pass will be provided per stay. Should you need more than one pass, please advise at booking.
