Villa Dea is a 120m2 independent house with a 3 levels garden and a big terrace where you can relax or have lunch enjoying a unique view on the old town and the lake. How would it be to wake up and see Como cathedral straight from your bed? ;-) The space Everything is close to Villa Dea! The ideal position, quiet and elevated on the town, with magnificent view, yet just 10 minutes walk from - Como center and his dome - lake and harbor - train station (linking Milano in 50 minutes) - bus station - funicular to Brunate - shops, restaurants and services How is Villa Dea? - two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with twin beds (that can be set as a double) - each bedroom has a bathroom with window - a fully equipped kitchen: oven and microwave oven, pans, dishes and cutlery - a big dining room - a 37 square metres terrace - a 3 levels private garden A 150 steps stair leads to the Villa, providing his privileged position and unique panorama. This is unsuitable for people with moving difficulties. We suggest a light luggage. Private garage: (measures: length 4,85, width 2,79, height at the entrance 1,80) Small free parking at the bottom of the stairs. But coming with public transportation is the best! Go for a green holiday! Other things to note Municipality of Como: tourist tax 3 euro / person per night (only the first 4 nights). This should be payed within the day of arrival.
