PalĂĄcio de Sant'Anna is an 18th century Historic House in the city center, former Embassy of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Since then a private home, it's a beautiful example of the Neo-Classical style in Portugal. Classified as Monument of Interest, recognized as such by the Lisbon Municipality for its Historical, Architectural and Artistic/Cultural importance. Beautiful, classical and comfortable environment. Welcome â Bienvenue â Benvenuto â Bienvenidos â Willkommen: BEM-VINDOS A LISBOA :) The space This room has plenty of space, around 20 m2, it has an antechamber with a desk and comfortable chair where you can read or study and the room itself has a double standard bed with an excellent mattress. It has lots of light and three large windows all around that overlook a typical street where you'll find many points of interest: the Portuguese historic Church of Nossa Senhora da Pena which is a National Monument, the house where renewed 'fadista' AmĂĄlia Rodrigues was born, the Convent of Sant'Ana, and small shops and restaurants where you can feel the life and the environment of typical old Lisboa. This room is very quiet and comfortable, perfect for a good rest. Guest access Guests have acess to all Residence's common areas as the spacious living room with TV with all international channels, dining room, meeting/study room, kitchens and breakfast rooms. Included in the price are: - the cleaning service 7h/day, Saturday mornings as well. - free Wi-Fi connection throughout the House is available, even though it might be weaker in some rooms due to the thickness of the old buildings walls. - cleaning service in all common areas (everyday) and in all the rooms (weekly). Guests have also the privilegue of being in a beautiful historical XVIII century Palace in the very centre of Lisbon. Residents and guests have no access to the 1st floor (the noble floor), where there exists a separate area for events that is rented in pontual cases to other exterior clients (that are not the residents) by an outside company that organizes various events. The events usually take place on weekend's afternoon and night (with a schedule limit), and our residents or guests will always be informed about them. These events helps the House management to fund important restoration on the house and to keep the Residence prices more competitive. We thank you for your understanding and we work carefully with the organizers to keep volume and disturbance to a minimum. KITCHEN CLEANING even with the daily cleaning service it's important to keep in mind that it is the responsibility of our guests to wash their own dishes, keep the kitchen tidy after you use it and to do your laundry and also to clean up everything after you. We have all our washing machines and dishwashers at your disposal for your comfort (detergent for the machines is the guests responsability)! CHECK-IN HOURS ARE FLEXIBLE we will send you a code that will open the building's main door. The code will be valid throughout your stay and just for you. Then we will guide you to your room, the door is not locked, the room is prepared for you, you can enter and inside the room you have your keys, for the room and for the House.
