The space Our 4 bed, 3 bath home is in Woodland Hills and just inland from the coastal drive along the Pacific and sleeps 6-8! This home is great for family gatherings and the photos reflect the mid century vintage of the property. We prefer 30-90 day minimum reservations for relocations. Our location is within 30 to 60 minutes to all the major Los Angeles sights and the LAX airport. Enjoy the serenity. Guest access This is a full house listing with a lot of privacy. Other things to note We keep our rates at a fraction of the cost of the local hotels who charge the same price for a one room suite- plus we include your own private swimming pool! The kitchen contains full matching dishware and glasses for 6-8 guests. It also contains 3 sauce pans, 2 large pots and 2 dutch ovens and a large assortment of knives and accessories. However, if you are planning to have large meals with extended family, it is best to dine in a restaurant as our kitchen is limited and we do not allow events and parties in our home as a courtesy to our neighbors. Full House Check out Instructions- (1) We request that guests take all towels out to the laundry and wash and dry only one set of 6-8 towels. We apologize for this inconvenience but we found many guests use more than their allotment of 1 towel per person which creates a huge task in washing laundry before incoming guests. We are asking this in lieu of raising our prices for a towel delivery service being added. (2) The kitchen is offered on a self-cleaning basis and we expect all dishes and cookware to be cleaned and returned to their proper location as our house-keeping service does not include washing your dishes. (3) If you use the fireplace or barbecue, you will be expected to clean it after use or an additional cleaning fee will be added. The Cleaning Fee Includes- 4 hours of deep cleaning service includes Floor Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Dusting, Bathroom Cleaning, Bedding and Linen Prep, Patio Cleaning, Furniture Polishing, Surface Cleaning of Kitchen and Refrigerator. Excess cleaning charges upon checkout could include excess trash dumping, personal dish washing, pot and pans scrubbing, deep cleaning of refrigerator, soiled or stained towels or linens, broken furniture, smoke remediation, stained or damaged carpet or flooring, fireplace or barbecue use. We apologize for having to offer this list but it can help some to understand that these extra services require considerably more time. Please be courteous and treat our home with kindness.
