The vacation rental is located in an old wine estate, the vineyard, the first to welcome you, opens the way to a large landscaped garden with free access. Heated pool (May/mid-October), Jacuzzi all year round. Gas grill, children's games, ping pong or swing. Recent amenities, private garden with barbecue. A short walk from the Loire to discover on foot or by bicycle. Castles: Chambord, Blois, Amboise a few minutes away by car. The space The large farmhouse welcomes you, an old wine estate full of stories to tell. Dating from the 17th century, the estate is part of the history of the Loire Valley. A large garden teeming with corners where chickens like to peck. It is first and foremost a calm and rejuvenating place. When the weather permits, the cabin by the river at the bottom of the garden offers a few moments of rest. In the early morning, you have every chance to see the deer gambader or the pheasant waddle. The gîte, classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, combines comfort and respect for the building. It is located in one of the outbuildings near the house we live in. On the ground floor an equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, oven, microwave, linen, and a living room, fiber, television. A master bedroom, equipped with a 140 x 190 cm bed, a walk-in shower room and a closed toilet. From here you access a 2nd bedroom in the attic, not very high, and by a spiral staircase, offering two beds of 90 x 190 cm. A private garden with table and gas grill, offers you the possibility to grill outside in complete privacy. Welcome :) Guest access Parking is of course free on site. The large garden and all its landscaped corners are available to enjoy a refreshing break among the birdsong. When the weather permits, why not enjoy a good picnic by the river? Other things to note Here, smiles and good humor are always present. The gîte is located in one of the outbuildings of the house we live in: you will have your independence and can enjoy your stay with peace of mind.
