Basic shops 5/10 minutes walk: pharmacy, supermarket, bakery/pastry shop, bank, newsagent, La Poste. and Boucau train station is an 8-minute walk. The space The apartment is quiet, pleasant and functional. It has been recently renovated. It is also well ventilated so pleasant in summer in case of hot weather. The living room overlooks a small private courtyard where you can have lunch in a cool and quiet environment. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a large dresser.
