Hazards Escape - The Short Stack

Our unit is fresh, simple, & a perfect spot to base yourself while exploring the Freycinet Peninsula & greater east coast region. A free standing unit next to main house on private property, 5 mins drive from the village of Coles Bay. Ideal for double or single accommodation. There is no view from the unit. It's a pleasant outlook & cosy deck, a glimpse of the hazards; you're a short walk from a beach, but if you are looking for a hero shot from your balcony, you might like to keep looking. The space We are perfect for a single person getaway, or a quiet retreat for a couple. We share a driveway, yard and access ways, but there is adequate privacy between the 2 buildings so that we do not see each other unless we are both "out and about". Our water supply is solely rainwater, caught in private tanks. We are very grateful if you can be mindful of water consumption as we are in an extremely low rainfall area. We try to avoid buying water too often, not only for the cost, but because we love being able to enjoy, and offer, fresh tasting, untreated water. Guest access You have full and private access to the unit, a dedicated off street parking space directly in front and you are welcome to roam the garden, although it is very much a work in progress. Other things to note We don't really recommend our property for small children, as much as we love them, it’s just that neither property is set up for them - the Short Stack is a very small space and all open plan so most families find it difficult, concrete floors mean that if babe happens to fall out of bed it tends to hurt a lot, there are low lying dressings that are breakable and furniture to knock heads on, and there are hazards in the yard and and around the driveway that while stowed away, are a work in progress.
