Exclusive Sea View Lodges – Gulf of Saint-Tropez

Located in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, in Sainte-Maxime, four fully air-conditioned exclusive lodges enjoy panoramic sea views in a peaceful and exclusive residential setting. On garden level, each lodge opens onto a wooden terrace facing the Mediterranean and shares access to a heated 14-metre swimming pool, just 400 metres from the beaches. Clean lines, modern comfort and understated elegance create a serene and welcoming environment for a refined stay on the French Riviera. The space The Lodge Each lodge (approximately 45 m²), fully air-conditioned, features: • A bright living area opening onto a wooden terrace with panoramic sea views • A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (induction hob, multifunction oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso® coffee machine, kettle, toaster) • One bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and wardrobe • One bedroom with twin 80 x 200 cm beds and wardrobe • A shower room with walk-in shower • Separate WC depending on the lodge Each lodge benefits from its own dedicated fibre WiFi network, independent from the other lodges, ensuring a fast and stable connection. Flat-screen TV, electric shutters and air conditioning in all rooms complete the comfort. Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. A linen service (bed linen, bath towels and pool towels) is available upon request. The Property The property features: • A 14 x 7 metre swimming pool (heated from May to October), treated with a salt electrolysis system • A water softener • On-site parking within the property, with one space allocated per lodge Access to the swimming pool is designed to preserve the privacy of each lodge. Guest access Access to the property is simple and straightforward by car, and the location is easily identifiable via GPS. A bus stop is located approximately 400 metres away on foot, providing connections in particular to Saint-Raphaël–Valescure train station (around 20 km). Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport is approximately 80 km away, and Marseille Provence Airport around 150 km. Other things to note Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are not included. A linen rental service is available upon request.
