From 21:00 till 09:00 forbidden ). - AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING. - FULLY EQUIPPED. - WIFI. - Close to 3 beaches : located a few minutes walk from the “Boadella Beach” (typical costa brava creek surrounded by beautiful forest ) , and a short walk from the long “Platja de Fenals” . “Cala Santa Cristina” very close . The space Double bedroom with double bed , bedroom with 2 single beds ( bunk ), bathroom with bath, fully equipped kitchen, and living-room of 30m2 with 2 double sofa-beds ( 1,40x2 ). - So, apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom , being the living-room the 3rd bedroom. - Apartment/flat 4/6 people with 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, Open-plan Kitchen, Living - Dining room, and 20m2 Terrace. - All amenities walking : ( 2-3min ) 2 supermarkets, ( 5-6min ) bread oven , tobacconist of snuff ( 7-8min ) pharmacy, ( 7-8min ) banks Guest access swimming-pool with sun all day , open 365days/year, from 9am till 9pm. It´s forbidden to enjoyed at night. Other things to note A) SERVICES INCLUDED. - AIR CONDITIONING-HEATING - Kitchen with DISHWASHER (NO WASHING MACHINE) - FULLY EQUIPPED. - WIFI: INTERNET CONNECTION FREE. - HOUSEHOLD LINEN included. - Microwafe, Cafetera, Toaster B) ADITIONAL SERVICES: B.1- PARKING avaliable: In LLORET is very expensive to park (around 3€/hour,40€-60€/day). We offer a private parking besides the building. Special rates:25€/DAY/CAR. B.2- If during your stay, you need an ADDITIONAL service of Sheets and Towels, we can offer you the service optionally: 2 Bed Sheets + 1 Cushion Cover + 1 Bath Towel + 1 Hand Towel. Price: €25/PERSON/SERVICE. IMPORTANT: The service is paid at the time it is delivered, and NOT at the end of your stay. B.3- CLEANING SERVICE available (Optional). Rate: 3 hours:60€. C) ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: In general, arrival time should be at 13:00 p.m. and check out time should be at 10:00 a.m. (to give our staff time to review the houses/apartments). C.1- Our office schudele is from 10:00am till 15:00pm. - If you check in later than 15:00, there´s an 20€ economic overcharge (40€ later than 4pm, 60€ later than 5pm; 80€ later than 6pm; 20€ PLUS/hour arrived late). - If you check out earlier than 10:00 you´ll pay an extracharge: 60€ (from 08:00 till 08:30, 40€ from 08:30 till 09:15, or 20€ from 09:15 till 10:00). - If you check-out earlier than 08:00, you´ll recupere your Guaranty Deposit by Bank transfer. C.2- If you finally decide to check-in on Sunday, you´ll pay a 60€ extracost because on Sundays we´re on holidays. D) IMPORTANT to be CONSIDERED: D.1- KEYS: - Upon arrival, to have independence to enter and exit both inside (keys are needed to access the pool area) and outside the Community, each person over 18 years of age will be given 1 set of keys with 3 keys (Community, Building, Apartment). In return, EACH ONE OF THEM must pay € 50 for each set of keys received, as a KEY DEPOSIT. - Upon departure, upon return of the keys, will be returned in cash, the amount deposited. - IMPORTANT: The loss of 1 set of keys supposes the NO refund of 50€, to be able to face the cost of displacement and copy of keys. - IMPORTANT: If you hire parking, apart from the amount paid as a deposit of keys, you must ADDITIONALLY pay an additional 50€ like a PARKING FOOB DEPOSIT. - IMPORTANT: If you lose or return break the foob garage door, the 50€ deposited will not be refunded to deal with displacement and buy a new one. D.2- DEPOSIT: - Upon arrival, upon receiving the keys, you must pay in CASH the amount of 400€ like a GUARANTY DEPOSIT. - If you are a group of friends and someone of you arrives at different time like the others, you must collect ALL the MONEY BEFORE your ARRIVAL: NO WHOLE QUANTITY of money IN CASH, NO CHECK-IN !!! - PAYMENTS by Checks, travel checks, 500€, MASTERCARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS / VISA card WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. - The 400€ GUARANTY DEPOSIT will be returned IN CASH to you upon your departure provided that there is no damage to the property and the apartment is left in a clean condition (If It´s dirty, you´ll pay 60€: CLEANING FEE). D.3- CLEANING: We understand you´re on holidays !!! So, We don´t want you´ll cleaning the apt 2-3 hours and leave it perfect !!! - We only demand you, the apt will leave IN USE CONDITION (used but not dirty), so taking off the rubish & leave the pots-pans-glasses-dishes clean. - If the apartment is left in a dirty condition, you´ll pay 60€: CLEANING FEE. D.4- PETS: - We love pets, however, unfortunately we NOT accept pets. - If even so, you ignore this rule and are accompanied by your pet, know that upon arrival, will be charged 50€ / day / pet. - In the event arrive with and refuse to pay this additional amount, you who are not allowed access to the apartment know, neither will be refunded any money D.5- NUMBER OF PEOPLE: -The tenant agrees not to occupy the dwelling by a number of al number greater than those indicated in the request - IMPORTANT: The non fulfillment will result in termination of this contract, leaving no right to any type of compensation: the tenant must leave the apartment immediately. D.6- POOLS: It is absolutely FORBIDDEN the use of the pools at night. D.7- You will stay in a COMMUNITY of OWNERS quiet and not noisy. - You must AVOID CAUSING INCONVENIENCES to the occupants of other apartments of the building, AVOIDING NOISES and BEHAVIORS THAT COULD DISTURB. IMPORTANT: Please, RESPECT the rest of the neighbors. D.8- PARTIES (PARTIES): It is absolutely PROHIBITED to celebrate any type of party, both inside the apartment and in any communal area of the complex (swimming pool, parking, gardens, corridors of the building, etc, etc). IMPORTANT: If due to bad behavior (noise disturbances to neighbors, use of pools at dawn, celebration of parties, etc, etc), it is necessary to call the police, this will lead to the termination of this contract, leaving the right to no type of compensation: the tenant must leave the apartment immediately, and the amount paid as a deposit will NOT be returned to him, to face the payment of fines and reprimands.
