Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The space This 2 story lake house cottage boast 1600 square feet. Main level includes the living room / dining area which has a 55 inch flat screen and beautiful views of the property and lake. The kitchen has all the amenities of home including full size fridge with ice maker / dishwasher / stove / microwave / reverse osmosis water. The slider from here takes you out the the back deck overlooking out to the lake. Also on this main level is a bedroom with a walk in closet a queen bed and a bunk bed. It also has a flat screen tv. The full bathroom is also located on the main level which includes a washer and dryer. Walking up the staircase leads to the master bedroom loft which has a queen bed a flat screen tv and a half bath. This bedroom overlooks the lake. The property enjoys 50 ft of lake frontage with a sandy beach area and an aluminum dock. A paddle boat and kayak are there for your enjoyment. There are 2 private parking spots but no other parking. The lake is a small all sports lake with no other cottages on the other side of the lake. Guest access Entire cottage and property / no garage access. Other things to note Must sign rental agreement and submit copy of drivers license prior to stay. Must be 28 years or older to book. No partys or events allowed. Internet is extremely slow 4 adults max. 2-3 children must get permission for 3.
